A statewide network of HIV Clinical Education Centers providing progressive, up-to-date clinical information and practice guidelines for HIV providers.

  • Operating a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

      • For the management of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP and nPEP)
    • Provider Consultation Line (CEI-Line) 1-866-NYS-CEI2 (1-866-637-2342)
      • For access to an HIV Specialist to discuss case-based HIV clinical care.
