| Responsibilities | The incumbent will assist in the operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment providing heat, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical distribution in a safe and efficient manner. |
| Conditions of Employment | Permanent, full-time. Since exposure to potentially hazardous substances may be involved in this position, the candidate who accepts appointment may be required to wear personal protective equipment, undergo pre-employment and periodic health evaluations, and receive specific immunizations. |
