Forum Registration Process
If you wish to attend this forum, please register in advance on-line at http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB227LBETLDB8 or by calling the Alzheimer's Association at (800) 272-3900 or the Broome County Office for the Aging at (607) 778-2411. Speakers will be limited to five minutes in order to accommodate all individuals wishing to speak. Please indicate when registering whether you would like to speak at the forum.

Detailed Driving Directions
If you are driving north on Front Street turn left onto Lt. VanWinkle Drive. If you are driving south on Front Street, turn right onto Lt. VanWinkle Drive. Turn right into student parking lot # 1. The Decker Health Sciences building is on the far side of the parking lot. Use the front entrance of the building, Take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. Room 201 is at the top of the stairs on the left.
