If you wish to attend this forum, please register either on-line at http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB227LBETLDB8 or by calling the Alzheimer's Association at (800) 272-3900, the Onondaga County for Aging and Youth at (315) 435-2362 or the Oneida County Office for the Aging and Continuing Care at (315) 798-5456 . Please indicate when registering whether you would like to speak at the forum. Speakers will be limited to five minutes in order to accommodate all individuals wishing to speak.

The facility and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.

Detailed Driving Directions:

From 175 or 173, turn right onto OCC Drive South. Go straight to Parking Lot # 13. Parking is free. Follow Alzheimer's Disease Community Forum signs to Parking lot # 13. Whitney Applied Technology building is across from the parking lot. Go in the front door to the atrium. Whitney 101 is just off the atrium. Wheelchair accessible parking is next to the Whitney building.

From North of Syracuse, Route 481

  • Take 481 South to Exit 1 for Brighton Avenue.
  • Turn left at Brighton Avenue.
  • Turn right at Route 173/East Seneca Turnpike.
  • Continue to follow East Seneca Turnpike. Turn right at OCC entrance.

From South of Syracuse, Route 81

  • Take Route 81 North to Exit 16 (Nedrow).
  • Turn left off Exit on to Salina Street (Route 11) to Route 173 (West Seneca Turnpike).
  • Turn left on to Route 173 and continue 1.8 miles to intersection of Route 175. Bear left onto Route 175.
  • Continue on Route 175 0.8 miles to second traffic light. Turn right at OCC entrance.

From Downtown Syracuse

  • Take Salina Street South to Route 173 (W. Seneca Turnpike) and turn right.
  • Continue on Route 173 1.8 miles to intersection of Route 175. Bear left onto Route 175.
  • Continue on Route 175 0.8 miles to second traffic light. Turn right at OCC entrance.

From New York State Thruway, East or West

  • Take Thruway Exit 39 to Route 690 East.
  • Continue on Route. 690 to Route 695.
  • Bear left on Route 695 to Fairmount/Route 5.
  • Turn right on Route 5 (West Genesee St.) and follow to third traffic light.
  • Turn left to Route 173 (Onondaga Rd.) and proceed 4 miles. Turn right at OCC entrance.
