Medicaid Managed Care by County - Voluntary

Most Medicaid eligible people residing in voluntary counties have a chance to join a managed care health plan. The Now You Can Choose A Health Plan brochure will explain to you how to choose a health plan, how health plans work and health plan services.

Family Health Plus

Family Health Plus is a public health insurance program for adults between the ages of 19 and 64 who do not have health insurance and are income ineligible for Medicaid. Health care in the Family Health Plus program is provided through managed care health plans. You must select a participating health plan when you apply for Family Health Plus in order to get services. For more information on Family Health Plus.
