Will I Have to Renew My Family Health Plus Coverage?

To keep your Family Health Plus insurance coverage, you will need to renew it annually. You will receive a notice in the mail reminding you to renew your coverage. You will be able to send your renewal form through the mail. If you fail to return the information by the date given in your letter, your health care coverage will end.
