Reporting Data Completeness Issues
As of 5/1/2008, the 2004 SPARCS file was approximately 99% complete as compared to the Institutional Cost Report (ICR) as supplied by the facilities to the Department of Health. The 2004 SPARCS file was used to create these Annual Report Tables.
The following hospitals have two or more months identified with a probable under reporting of discharges:
